A short guide to Fred on the web and on iPhone. The same account works in both places.

Get started

Open app.fredgoals.com and create an account with your email and a password. Use at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a symbol.

On iPhone, install Fred from the App Store and sign in with that account. The web app is a good place for a longer planning session. The phone is a good place to check in.

On the web login page you can also sign in with a passkey.

Goals

Goals are organized by month and year. Open the month you want, then add a goal in your own words. A single sentence is enough.

One or two goals for the month keeps the plan light. You can add more whenever you need them. There is no limit on how many goals you can keep.

If a goal no longer fits, put it on hold. You can return to it later.

Steps

Each goal can have a short list of steps. Write them yourself, or ask Fred to suggest some. Keep what fits, change the wording, and remove the rest. Mark a step complete when you have done it.

The free plan includes AI steps for four goals. Fred Pro includes unlimited generations.

When you want a starting point, browse the inspiration gallery and add a goal from there. It includes more than 200 ideas you can make your own.

Vision board

The vision board holds the picture of what you are working toward: images, quotes, and short notes. Add as many as you like, and open it when you want a reminder of why the goals matter.

Check in

Around the 15th of each month, look at the month you are in. Notice what moved, and choose what the next month needs.

On iPhone, Fred can send a monthly reminder. You can turn reminders off.

The iPhone app can also make a recap of the month. Keep it for yourself, or share it. When you share, you can show the goal names or only the category.

Fred is free to start. Free includes the product, with AI steps for four goals. Fred Pro includes unlimited generations. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Subscriptions bought on the web are managed in your account billing settings. Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are billed by Apple and managed in your Apple ID subscription settings. The terms cover renewal and cancellation.

Account

Use the same email on the web and on iPhone.

If you forget your password, choose Forgot password on the login page. We email you a link to choose a new one.
